I roll u...I knit myself into knots sometimes too. I roll up a towel, place it on the floor and lay on it, lining it up with my spine....and lay like that for a little while. It helps relax the muscles in your shoulders and back. Now I try to remember to get up and do some stretching or yoga poses during marathon knitting sessions.
